Independent web studio – Cambodia
Websites that make it clear what you offer and why customers should choose you.
I help businesses in Cambodia create their first professional website or improve one that no longer reflects what they do.
I work directly with you to make the offer clear, organise the content and structure, and support the website with SEO, local search or advertising when needed.
Direct collaboration
One person responsible throughout
Your first professional website, or a better one for the business you have today
You may already attract customers through recommendations, social media or personal contacts, but still lack a website that explains the business clearly.
Or the business may have changed while the website stayed the same, leaving information outdated, scattered or hard to follow.
In both cases, the first step is the same: understand what still works, what is unclear and what visitors need to know before they contact you.
A redesign does not always mean starting again.
Understand the business. Build the website.
Help people find it
The work usually falls into three areas. Not every project needs all three.
Clarify
We identify what you offer, who it is for, why it matters and what potential customers need to understand.
Build
I create a new website or reorganise an existing one so the offer is clear and it is easy to get in touch.
Make visible
When the website and offer are clear, I can help more people find the business through search engines, local search or relevant advertising.
One person responsible for the whole project
I’m Thierry Immergluck, the independent web consultant behind Better Seen Studio, based in Siem Reap.
You work directly with me throughout. I take responsibility for understanding what the business needs, organising the work and making sure the different parts work together.
This means you do not have to find and coordinate separate providers for the website, content, SEO, local visibility or advertising. I remain your single point of contact and take responsibility for the overall direction and final quality.
I can also stay involved after launch, as the business evolves and new needs come up.
I also help run businesses here in Cambodia. That experience shapes how I work: I see a website as part of the business, not as an isolated design project.
A simple process, from first conversation to launch
Understand
We discuss the business, its customers, what already works and what feels unclear or incomplete.
Define
We agree on the key messages, structure and priorities before I start building.
Create
I create or reorganise the content and website, with regular reviews along the way.
Check and launch
Before launch, I check the content, forms and links, essential SEO elements, and the website on desktop, tablet and mobile.
Different businesses. Different problems to solve
My work starts with understanding what people need to know or do before they decide to contact a business.
These three projects show how that can take different forms.
Sra Thnam
Khmer spa and natural product brand
In-house project
Sra Thnam brings together a spa, natural products and a family story rooted in Khmer traditions. I worked on the positioning, English content, WordPress site and Odoo product pages, as well as SEO, local visibility, blog articles and Facebook campaigns.

Les Voyages d’Angèle
Tailor-made travel
Client project
The website needed to show what a highly personal travel service actually feels like, while explaining the value of personalised guidance. I structured the content and pages around the way Angèle works, the experience she creates and the different kinds of journey she can organise.

Philippe Bertomeu
Personal and professional support
Client project
The challenge was to organise a complex offer clearly, without confusing people looking for different types of support. I structured the multipage website so visitors can quickly find the type of support that fits their situation.

Tell me where things stand
You may already have a detailed project in mind. Or you may simply feel that your current website no longer represents the business well, or that it is time to create one properly.
Send me a short message explaining what you have now and what you would like to improve. If you already have a website or Google Business Profile, include the link.
I’ll reply with a few questions and suggest a practical next step.
